21.01.2008 - CINDY The Final Phase!

A3 Digital has begun work on the final iteration of CINDY. Phase 4+ covers the productisation of CINDY for public release, and covers key components such as:- full integration with Optus Wholesale, Telstra Wholesale, Unitel/RSL, and Optus Business. The product is due for realease to other providers mid 2008.

03.03.2007 - CINDY Phase 3 Begins

A3 Digital begins work on Phase 3 of CINDY our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Billing and Operational Management System. Phase 3 provides enhancements to credit management, provisioning, and integration with more suppliers.

06.01.2007 - CINDY Phase 2 Begins

A3 Digital begins work on Phase 2 of CINDY our flagship product. Phase 2 incorporates improvements to the billing engine, payments processing, provisioning and user interface.

12.12.2006 - Exciting Projects for the New Year

A3 Digital was today awarded 2 new contracts for the new year, the first a game engine, the second for a charity organisation looking for an online presence. Both contracts show A3's flexibility in the work we are able to take on board.

01.12.2006 - DealerConfigurator Complete

A3 Digital today completed application development for a DealerConfigurator for Bell Networks. This simple sales tool allows Bell Networks Partners / Dealers to easily configure and produce quotes for customers without any approval/interaction required by Bell Networks. The tool is expected to give Bell Networks' Dealers/partners total autonomy, and significantly reduce the time taken to produce quotes/prices, for customers.

30.11.2006 - CINDY Phase 1 Complete

Phase 1 is released of our much anticipated project codenamed "Cindy", our Operational, Provisioning and Billing system for the Telecommunications Service Provider Bell Networks. After 6 months of gathering customer requirements, design, planning and development, it was great to complete phase 1 with very few issues and most importantly on time. A fantastic job by the development team in meeting an extremely tight customer deadline. Phase 2 is expected to start in Mid January 2007.

14.06.2006 - A3 Digital partners with Bell Networks to develop CINDY

A3 Digital was today confirmed as the official partner of Bell Networks (www.bellnetworks.com.au) to develop an integrated, all in one solution for the telecommunication's service provider business. The project, code named "Cindy" is expected to provide an all encompassing system that covers all aspects of the Bell Networks business, from customer relationship management, billing, provisioning, supplier management, dealer management and pricing.
